We accept major credit cards and Paypal. We reserve the right to place your order on hold until we receive full cleared payment from you.
Orders:
All orders including shipping and payment information could be subject to manual review. We reserve the right to cancel the order (or its part) without providing any further details about the reasons for cancellation. Refunds for canceled items are issued the same day but it may take up to 30 days before they are actually posted.
Handling and Shipping Terms:
Generally, all items are shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving your cleared payment. Orders are shipped by USPS Mail, UPS, or FedEx. We do not offer expedited shipping options. Actual delivery time may vary and depends solely on the carrier and your location. We shall be not held liable for any delays that occurred after the package was accepted by the carrier. Some items may require a longer handling time. You will receive an additional email about the estimated delivery time. Should this happen you have the right to request order cancellation and a full refund.
Cancellations:
Generally, you can cancel your order within the same business day. Cancellation is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel your order and issue you a full refund if we are permanently or temporarily out of stock.
Missing items: If your item has not arrived within 10 days after your purchase date and there is no tracking number available, please contact us for further instructions. We reserve the right to solely determinate eligibility for a refund.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the order date.
If you want to return your item, please reply to the email with order confirmation or send us your request to [email protected]. Include order date and number.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless return reason: the wrong item shipped. Returns made without previous authorization may not be honored. If you changed your mind before the order arrives we suggest refusing delivery. Return shipping labels will be provided only in case if you received the wrong item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
